THE WARRIOR CODE

This indeed, is the warrior code. A formatted list of rules that are to be followed to ensure the balance of all clans. Please read and understand everything that is going on.

1.) Joinings

In order to properly join the site, you must read these rules. [of course

] You need to post your stats and info under the 'joining' board. Where you will find a form you must fill out. This is not hard, It's not a project. Please, lets keep it as simple as it is. One account per cat, Please.

You need to decide on a clan you want to join. EACH CLAN WILL BE LIMITED TO 20 WARRIORS / APPRENTICES AT A TIME! This MAY change as we get further and further into the game. But we don't want everything to be crowded and out of line, do we? Of course not. The smaller the ammounts the better. You may have as many elders, mothers, as you want. But try and keep it at a steady ammount.

2.) Rankings

There are a couple of ranks. They will be explained. But Leaders cannot be killed or fought for over rank. A leader can only lost it's position if it goes against the warrior code at a large fault, Loses all nine lives, or gives up the rank. Then, the deputy will be leader and a new deputy will be chosen.

Leader: The head cat of the clan. This cat call's all of the rules. It will tell who should do what, when and where. At all times, the leader is in charge unless it gives permission for the deputy to have certain duties. You will live under the command of your leader. And they deserve your most respect, and they have the right to punish you. A leader can too gather patrols to scan the borders, assign apprentices to Mentors, and everything of that sort.

Deputy: The right hand cat of the Leader. This is probably the most loyal cat of the clan. Someone who is well known and an excellent working cat. They have the right to tell you what to do, at times. [hunting, patrols, etc]

Warrior: This is a regular warrior cat. This cat is responsible for hunting, fighting, working, for the clan. Who knows.. sometimes you just may become deputy even leader at some point in time. A warrior is the average ranking cat. They will usually have mentors sometimes. Wich are guides and teachers to the younger apprentices that are in training to become a warrior. You may only have an apprentice if you leader has assigned you to one. When training, you should teach basic fighting skills, as well as hunting skills and all things in relation. Once an apprentice is well trained, the leader will assess and determine wether it is ready to be come a warrior.

Apprentices: These are kits that are old enough to begin their training to become a warrior. Before they are warriors, they will help out around the camp, and sometimes do some hunting. As an apprentice, you must learn from your mentor. It takes work to become a warrior. But in the end it will be all worth the while.

Elders: These are the senior cats of the Clan. They aren't to be bothered much. If needed, they may fight at times. They aren't responsible for catching their own food. And the warriors and apprentices are responsible to tending to the elders needs. Wich are barely needed.

3.) The Gatherings

The gathering is probably one of the most exciting times of the month. The leader, Deputy, two apprentices, and three warriors are to attend this meeting. The Leader will decide wich cats are to come. Usually there are a new set of cats each month so they can get to know and see what is going on. The cats of the forest all meet and speak of things that need to be figured out. Only Leaders may speak. The rest will watch, or talk with other cats. Inside or outside of their clan. A leader will discuss new apprentices, warriors, and cats of the clan. Though be careful not to spill too much information. The gathering will last as long as it's needed. Untill each leader has spoken atleast once.

4.) Fighting

Of course.. this is Warriors. Fight's will take place. Sometimes, a clan may fight another for certain reasons. [ land permission, rights, etc. ] If you're a leader and are wanting to fight.. Please message me with the reason and it will be discussed and hopefully put into place. A fight will be rearranged. Leader against leader, deputy against deputy, 3 warriors, against the opposing 3 warriors. IF you're fighting.. you will choose three warriors of your clan to fight with you. The fights will be judged by yours truly, and the overall wins will be determined.

If you are a simple cat, and want to fight another cat of your clan for fun and practice.. Please post in the correct thread and we will have a little assessment test for fun. This will not mean anything. And it's a great learning experience. NO POWERPLAYING in the fight whatsoever.

5.) High Stones

This place is where a medecine cat, or a leader comes to gain their lives and rights as the position they are going to get. If you are a leader.. You will meet here with Starclan and your leader name and nine lives will be granted to you. If you lose any lives during the life as a leader, you will be informed. And medecine cats, you will come here to gain your healing powers as well.

6.) Clan Camps

The camp of the clan is where everything goes on. There are a few dens.. Leaders den, Warriors den, Apprentices, Elders, Medecine, And then... just the regular camp grounds. The cats may mingle and talk and take care of their daily activities here. No enemy cat is to invade these areas. Unless there is something that needs to be spoken of.

7.) Addressing Area.

If you notice.. There is a place in each clan where the leader addresses her clan. This is where the leader will spread news and information to the clan. If you're a kit.. and becoming an apprentice.. The leader will grant your apprentice name and assign your Mentor. If you're an apprentice, becoming a warrior, You will be granted your warrior name. [etc]

8.) StarClan

Ah yes, Good old StarClan. Its is believed that the pelt of stars among the sky are the deceased warrior ancestors of the cats. If a cat dies.. It's name will be placed on a list and will become a member of StarClan.

The council; The council of StarClan is a simple group of previous Leaders of the clans. They will gather here every so often and discuss the new prophecies or troubles that will come along.

9.) Clan Members.

You will find a section where all of the clan members will be placed on a list, so you know who is in wich clan. Each clan will have a color.. Therefore, if you were in Shadow clan your name would be dark purple. ThunderClan, Orange. Etc.

10.) Picture Studio

Looking for a nice picture for your cat? Come to the studio! You will place the picture order of what you're looking for.. and soon it will be replied to and made. There will be numerous picture makers, so don't worry about not having a picture just yet.

A picture for your cat is NOT necessary.

That was long, huh? Some rules may still be updated and added. As there is much thought that needs to be put in to this. So check back often when you see that these were updated.
